A spectacular villa with endless views

A stunning villa with a pool in Moshav Hodaya - 5 minutes from Ashkelon, train station. 10 minutes from the sea, 100 meters from a playground and basketball and football courts. Yes, Orit and I are hosting the house with our five children so that you too can enjoy all the good things we have been blessed with (and also to make a living, of course😉). The house is at the edge of the moshav, the view overlooking the fields, renews and changes throughout the year. There is a lot of privacy but you also have to be mindful of your neighbors, especially when using a very sophisticated and elaborate sound system both inside the house and in the yard. We have a fully equipped kitchen - except for food, you don't have to bring anything. Including fancy serving dishes that Orit has been collecting for years, cutlery, pots, pans, knives, cutting boards - everything. From end to end, did we say that? There is also an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, a pizza oven, and a stove. In the courtyard, beyond the view, the quiet, the serenity and the good energies, you can enjoy several seating areas, a swing, a fire pit (and also firewood that you can use), a ping-pong table, soccer goals, children's hammocks and more. We also have a sweet swing that you can let the kids run around safely or just sit there and loll... But... But... the highlight is the pool. A stunning, well-maintained pool covered with a motorized safety cover. There is no such perfection. Let the pictures speak for themselves... Some technical details: The house has 4 bedrooms. 2 rooms with a double bed (one in the gallery), a room with 3 beds, and another room with 2 beds (everything is in the pictures). Beyond that, there are plenty of mattresses that can be freely scattered around the house. There's a 32" TV with no cable connection - connected to a computer. There's Netflix, YouTube, and an Internet connection for live viewing. We have a cat that comes home to eat and goes out. She can sleep in the house or outside the house. We are about 45 minutes from Tel Aviv (when the roads are open) 5 minutes drive from the train station and a commercial center (including Super). 15 minutes drive and you are at Nitzanim Beach (one of the most beautiful in the country..) We love to host, the house is very open and accommodating and we will be very happy to give you the opportunity to enjoy it as well. We look forward to welcoming you.
