Travel Nurses are Welcome! Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Large open floor plan home on 1.2 acres located in the country. Lots of windows to enjoy the country-side view in the rear of the home. The bedroom is located right by the main entrance to the home and is fully furnished with a comfortable Queen size bedroom set and a 46" Roku TV. There is a full size bathroom right next to the bedroom. Aside from the room, guests also have access to the kitchen and living room. The laundry room is available upon request. There is a mini fridge and freezer, a coffee station equipped with sugar, creamer, k-pods, stirrers and disposable cups with lids provided for all guests in the room. Small fan on the nightstand. Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are all located in the bathroom cabinet under the sink. Ironing board and iron available in the bedroom closet. Hair dryer available upon request. Parking There is a cutout space on the side of the driveway. Guests are to park their vehicles there. Please do not park on the main driveway or in front of the garage. I will be available in person most days or by phone should my guests have any questions about anything. Please keep and mind that I work night shift and sleep during the day so please be courteous of this. Quiet country living. If you step out in the backyard, you can enjoy the view of goat, donkeys, and cows. And the sunsets are absolutely stunning from the backyard. Located right off Hwy 34. Hwy I-20 and Hwy I-77 are approximately 15 minutes away. For all of my travel nurses, Kershaw Hospital is less than 20 minutes away. Walmart, along with Camden SC, are approximately 15 minutes away. NE Columbia is approximately 15 minutes away. Lexington, SC is about 40 to 45 minutes away. Columbiana mall in the Harbison area is 45 minutes away. Downtown Columbia is approximately 30 minutes away. Guests are not allowed on the second floor of the home unless they have requested to use the laundry room. We do live in the home along with my dogs; Loki (Black Cane Corso/Presa Canario) and Thor (Tan Pitbull Mix). Although I do own 2 dogs, I do not allow pets due to bad past experiences. My dogs are gentle, well behaved and quiet for the most part. They do like to bark when a vehicle pulls in the driveway, when the door bell rings or when somebody enters the home. They have their own room next to the kitchen and are kept secured when guests are in the home. I ask guest to please not feed my dogs any food or treats and do not let them out of their room without either of us being home. Guests are not responsible for my pets in any way. Guests will pretty much have the entire downstairs to themselves as we stay to ourselves upstairs when we are home. I do ask that guests be respectful with the noise level as my schedule fluctuates regularly, and I work days and nights. Please double-check that the front door is locked at all times when you exit the home. If you need an ironing board, iron, or hair dryer, please contact me, and I will provide upon request.
