The primary bedroom has a new queen-size mattress with luxury topper and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Comfortable family room and large dining room that is perfect for meals or games. Kitchen is cozy, but well-equipped with full size fridge, range, microwave, toaster and blender, so you can cook at home or on the charcoal grill. Or you may choose to dine out at one of the many local restaurants. The outdoor space features a very large backyard with privacy fence, deck with table and 9' umbrella, fire-pit as well as a quaint front porch with rocking chairs. There are beach towels, beach chairs, beach bag and blanket available for use. Parking for 2 cars maximum is included. Drive and explore the area, walk to all that the village of Three Oaks has to offer or stay and relax and enjoy! The property is blocks from downtown Three Oaks which is 90 miles (1.5 hours) from Chicago, 20 min from Michigan City, 10 min (7 miles) from New Buffalo, 15 min from Sawyer (Warren Dunes & Greenbush Brewery-both open year-round) and 30 min from Notre Dame, South Bend, IN by car. The New Buffalo Amtrak stop (accessible from Chicago, Michigan City, E. Lansing or Detroit) is 10 min away by Uber or taxi. Guidelines for Guests with Dogs: While we love dogs (we have our own) and are happy to accommodate you and your dog, we want to ensure that guests who may have sensitivities to pets are also comfortable. • Please do not allow your pet on the furniture unless it is covered. Sheets are provided. Please also no pets on the beds. • Please pick up dog waste and dispose in the outdoor garbage can (there are extra plastic bags if needed). • Please use pet bowls (yours or ours) and not people dishes. • Please do not leave your dog unattended in the house unless crated. A crate is available. • If an “accident” occurs, please use the pet stain cleaner under the kitchen sink. • Dogs must be flea and tick free and have clean paws. • Brush/wash pets outdoors only. • There is a maximum of 1 small/medium breed dog and there is a fee for the extra effort to clean/vacuum. Any damage as a result of pets or fleas will result in a fee to the pet owner. • Unless the fee was added to your Airbnb total, please leave the fee in cash on the counter.
