Whether you’re visiting for work, to explore the beaches/ bays, and/or to experience the charms of our beautiful Emerald Coast towns, we invite you to choose our Garden Home for your overnight accommodations! Our garden house combines modern comfort with with southern oaks charm. Stay in and spend a peaceful morning, venture out to explore Santa Rosa county by foot, bike, boat, or car, and relish in it's natural beauty. Cozy two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and full kitchen. Comfortable dual reclined seating for TV viewing. Enjoy the comfort and privacy of the entire space. We currently have only a main entrance for the home. Recent foundation added to side entrance of home. washer and dryer conveniently located adjacent to kitchen area. You are quietly located in the coolest part of the property with plenty of parking. {"Coming Soon""} a screened in patio to top the new foundation recently added. Guests have access to the Garden Home via the front door, which is locked with a key code box. There are two large parking spots in front of the home and plenty of turnaround space for guests towing trailers. Guests have full access to the front garden, which is kept up seasonally. please message us via the app for any reason. In person is on a need to basis. Host and co host conveniently close to home most of the year. Quiet and peaceful with a mix of retirees, military, law enforcement, and new families. The neighborhood has two main entrances that shape a big U so you cannot get lost. no one really parks on the street but their aren't any signs against it. please review online check in/check out guide and house manual, prior to arrival
