Passive house - panoramic view and private pool

Passive and ecological house of 140m2, very cool in summer and with fireplace for winter! Decorated in an industrial loft spirit, in the middle of the Gers countryside with panoramic views of the surrounding nature and the Pyrenees with salt pool, covered terraces and solarium. You will enjoy 3 double rooms for 6 people. A haven of peace and modern comfort 15 km from Lectoure, Fleurance and Condom. The space Our ecological house is built in monobric and natural insulation, it has solar sanitary hot water and the grey water drain is managed in phyto-purification. The house stays cool in summer and an upstairs air brewer disables the ambient air for a cool and homogeneous atmosphere, even during the hottest hours of the day. Featuring a pellet stove on the ground floor and a wood-burning fireplace upstairs, it remains very well insulated and pleasant during the winter, with large windows open to nature for a beautiful brightness at all hours of the day. With an interior surface of 140m2, it is built on 2 levels. A first floor accessible from the parking lot from a walkway, is arranged in a loft spirit with a large living room of 70m2 including the dining area with a large table and chairs indus spirit, a living room with sofas, cushions and blankets facing the fireplace (wood included in winter), a large screen TV with a smart TV and TNT channels. There is also a desk area, but there is no wifi on the premises. 4G is very good and you will need to use your login sharing to use smart Tv apps for example. For your information, one of the sofas has a built-in safe where there are some board games (several versions of Monoply, scrabble, chess, Contrario, Méli-mélo...). The kitchen area is open to the living room and has direct access to the 35m2 covered terrace with hammock and outdoor dining area. This place is always shaded. A walkway runs all along the house and therefore allows us to observe the surrounding landscape and the magnificent panoramic view we have. Such a location with such an unobstructed view remains very coveted in the department. The staircase from the living room leads to the 3 double bedrooms on the garden level and to the bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each floor enjoys a separate toilet. And 2 of the bedrooms offers direct access to the garden with the pool a few meters away. On this level, there is also a small laundry room with the washing machine at your disposal. The pool is 8m x 4m salt, monitored by an alarm. It is private. A 2nd terrace with solarium, sun loungers, sunbathing, garden furniture as well as a dedicated barbecue area is available by the pool. The privileged place by all for aperitifs with the setting sun at the back of the painting. Just note that we live on site, in a corner of the grounds in a cute little wooden studio, not overlooked on the house, and we work on site as professional hairdressers. The trailer hairdresser hosts the women's salon and another saloon-style salon with a caravan ©AIRSTREAM of 1930 hosts the Barber shop of these gentlemen. The 2 living rooms are located on the ground behind your house, without any opposite for you. We will be delighted to leave you a small place in our schedule if you want to enjoy a cut of hair or care during your stay on site. You should also be aware that we can come and take a quick dip from time to time, in the pool, in case of high heat, and then leave to leave you alone. We will take the opportunity to check the water and clean the pool. We are a couple, we are discreet and above all we work every day. We also have a Mainkoun cat that loves visitors and it may come to visit you from time to time. For this reason, NO other pets are allowed on site. Other things to note Linens and towels are included, as well as the kitchen bottom (clean dish towels, garbage bag, dishwashing liquid, sponge, dishwasher tablets, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper) We provide all cleaning supplies as they must comply with eco-label standards A final housekeeping is automatically added to your reservation, but you must return the house to a good condition. This means: - Tidy kitchen and dishwasher empty -The bbq cleaned and emptied of ashes - Bed sheets removed and dropped off at the foot of the beds in each room - All your garbage cans must be taken with you upon checkout Due to the salt pool, no body solar oil is tolerated. Only creams please.
