Sustainable country house -panoramic view & pool

Passive and ecological private house of 140m2 which remains very cool in summer, decorated in an industrial loft spirit, in the heart of the Gers countryside offering a panoramic view of the surrounding nature and the Pyrenees with salted pool, covered terraces and solarium . You will enjoy 3 double bedrooms for 6 people. A haven of peace and modern comfort 15 km from Lectoure, Fleurance and Condom. The space Our ecological house is built in monobrics and natural insulation, it has solar hot water and the evacuation of gray water is managed in phytopurification. The house stays cool in summer and a ceiling fan upstairs helps to destratify the ambient air for a cool atmosphere, even at the hottest hours of the day. With a pellet stove on the ground floor and a wood-burning fireplace upstairs, it remains very well insulated and pleasant during the winter. With an interior surface of 140m2, it is built on 2 levels. A first floor accessible by the car park from a footbridge, is fitted out in a loft style with a large living room of 70m2 including the dining area with a large industrial-style table and chairs, a living room with sofas, cushions and plaids, a fireplace ( wood included in winter), a large screen TV. There is also an office area, but there is no wifi on site. The 4G is very good and you will need to use your shared connection to use the smart TV applications, for example.. FYI, one of the sofas has a built-in safe where you can find a few board games (several versions of Monoply, scrabble, chess, Contrario, Méli-mélo...). The kitchen area is open to the living room and has direct access to the 35m2 covered terrace with hammock and outdoor dining area. This place is always shady. A passageway runs the length of the house and therefore allows you to observe the surrounding landscape and the magnificent panoramic view available to us. Such a location with such an unobstructed view remains highly coveted in the department. The staircase from the living room leads to the 3 double bedrooms on the ground floor and the bathroom with walk-in shower. Each floor has a separate toilet. And 2 of the bedrooms offer direct access to the garden with the swimming pool a few meters away. At this level, there is also a small laundry room with the washing machine at your disposal. The swimming pool, private and entirely reserved for our tenants, is an 8m x 4m salt pool, monitored by an alarm. A 2nd terrace with solarium, deckchairs, sunbeds, garden furniture as well as a space dedicated to the barbecue is available at the edge of the swimming pool. The place favored by all for aperitifs with the setting sun in the background. Just note that we live on site, in a corner of the land in a nice little wooden studio and that we work on site as professional hairdressers. The hairdressing trailer hosts the women's salon and another salon, "saloon" style with a ©AIRSTREAM US caravan from the 30s, hosts the Barber shop for these gentlemen. The 2 hairdresser salons are located on the ground behind your house. We will be happy to leave you a small place in our schedule if you wish to benefit from a haircut or a treatment during your stay on site. We can also come and take a quick dip in the pool from time to time if it is very hot, and then leave you alone. We will take the opportunity to check the water and clean the pool. We are a couple, we are discreet and above all we work every day. We also have a Mainkoun cat who loves visitors and may come to visit from time to time. For this reason, no other animals are allowed on site. Other things to note Sheets and towels are included, as well as the kitchen base (clean tea towels, garbage bag, dishwashing liquid, sponge, dishwasher tablets, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper) We provide all cleaning products as they must meet eco-label standards A final cleaning service is automatically added to your reservation, but you must return the house in good order. That's to say : -Kitchen tidy and dishwasher emptied -The bbq cleaned and emptied of its ashes -Bed sheets removed and placed at the foot of the beds in each room -All your trash cans must be taken with you when you leave Due to the salt pool, no body tanning oil is tolerated. Only creams please.
