This house is located just out of Atmore. It is 15 minutes to the casino and just over an hour from the beaches (Pensacola, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores!) Other nearby attractions include the splash pad, parks, and local restaurants. Also within an hour is historic Blakely State Park, USS Alabama, and kayaking at Five Rivers. This is an excellent destination for a vacation or a work trip! We enjoy long term guests, (especially travel nurses!) so contact us if you'd like a stay more than 30 days! The space This is an old house that has been recently updated. It has plenty to offer with a fully stocked kitchen, big work space, fast WiFi, in home laundry machines, and more. You will have two bedrooms, one bathroom, livingroom, office space, kitchen, and diningroom. there is a small porch in the back and front of the house. There is a pull out sofa in the livingroom if needed. Also, ask if you need an air mattress. Also included is a pack n play with changing table and a high chair. Guest access The entire property is yours to enjoy! Please be respectful of the neighbors. You may park anywhere in front of the house. There is a bump as you pull in but take it slow and it shouldn't be a problem. I can drive my Honda Civic in there without scraping. Other things to note Disclaimer: we treat the house with pest control but this does not guarantee zero pests. We apologize if you find critters inside. We do check every time we clean to make sure there are none the day you arrive. NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY. There will be an additional $100 fee for cleaning. We do allow up to 4 guests to comfortably stay in the house. If there are more than than 4 in your group during your visit, an additional charge of $25/person will be applied. Likewise, if you list one guest when you make your reservation, but more than one guest arrives, you will also receive an additional charge of $25/person beyond what was listed when you made your reservation.
