A furnished room is for rent in my renovated three-room apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevator). The room and kitchen, furnished since 2022, are shared. Quiet area with a nearby park. I live with my girlfriend. We don’t smoke, drink, or party. It’s peaceful, and we travel often, so we are sometimes away.
