Mountain bike circuit, river fishing and hiking possible from the accommodation. Ideal for a family of 2 to 4 people, enjoy a strategic location to explore the region: just 30 minutes from the first beaches - Dinan (30 min) - Saint-Malo (45 min) - Mont-Saint-Michel (1 hour). The space You will enjoy the charm of the old stone with all modern comforts. Completely renovated, the accommodation consists of a living room area, dining room and open equipped kitchen (140 cm sofa bed for 2 people) on the ground floor. Upstairs, a mezzanine houses the sleeping area with a 140 cm double bed, the bathroom area (sink and bathtub/shower) and a separate toilet. Possibility of adding a crib (available in the accommodation). Heating: pellet stove. Guests can enjoy a private outdoor area in the middle of bamboos and eucalyptus (possibility to eat outside and BBQ). Warning: the accommodation is non-smoking and not suitable for people with reduced mobility as the bathrooms are upstairs. Pets are not allowed.
