Mid-century home with fieldstone fireplace

This peaceful, mid-century home is the perfect getaway for a family gathering or a weekend with friends. Stay at RafiraEva Studio and relax in front of the fieldstone fireplace while enjoying views of the wooded property from wall to wall windows. The space Main Floor The main living area is spacious and light, with wall to wall windows, hardwood floors, and a fireplace. The dining area, which is right off of the living room and kitchen, seats eight. The recently renovated kitchen has granite countertops, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all of the tools you need if you choose to cook during your stay. A half bath is right off of the kitchen. Second Floor The landing at the top of the stairs has a workspace and a cozy reading nook. The primary bedroom contains a queen bed and a chair that folds out into a single bed. The other two bedrooms both contain queen beds. All bedrooms have closets, ceiling fans, Android and Apple chargers, and windows with views of the wooded property. Outdoor spaces The house is on 3 acres and is surrounded by a large tree lined yard, a white fence, and a red barn. Guests will have access to the yard and wooded area as well as an outdoor seating area. There is parking for 4+ cars in the driveway. The garage is not typically available for guests but has a ramp to enter the house. If the ramp is required, please arrange with us at time of booking. Guest access You will have access to the two main floors of the house as well as the outdoor space. The lower level is a storage area and not included in the rental, however, a washer and dryer is available on that floor and will be available for use during your stay.
