The space The house offers a lot of privacy, but is directly connected to a typical Cycladic village and the proximity to the beach as well as the picturesque fishing harbor with many recommended taverns allow you to discover the real Greek way of life. After a sunny day at the sea, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the spacious, private pool. Dinner overlooking the sea on your own terrace completes the day. The 130 m² Villa Levantes, divided into 2 apartments with a spacious outdoor area, a 50 m² private pool and an additional, walk-in and secluded roof terrace, offers tranquility and is ideal for larger families, young families with grandparents, several couples or friends who want to spend their holidays together. The amenities The two separately accessible apartments (3-room apartment and 2-room apartment) with a total of 3 bedrooms and 7 beds, 2 living rooms each with dining area, sofas and TV and 2 fully equipped kitchens (stove, oven, large fridge /freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, etc.) can accommodate up to 8 guests. All bedrooms have a private bathroom with toilet/shower and direct access to the outdoor area with seating. A washing machine is available in one of the bathrooms. The massive construction and a modern "Olympia Splendid Bi2 AIR" air conditioning system ensure a constantly pleasant indoor climate in all rooms. Both living rooms lead to the large, fully equipped terrace and offer a wonderful view of the pool and the sea in the shade of the pergolas. Sun loungers and seating invite you to linger outdoors. The Location Villa Levantes is in a quiet location in the southeast of the Cycladic island of Paros and is easily accessible by car, taxi or regional bus from the airport and port. Everything you need for a carefree vacation is nearby and within walking distance. Within 400 meters there are also beaches, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy and taverns. A car is useful, but not essential and can also be rented on a daily basis for excursions and other activities. In the immediate vicinity is the easily accessible, family-friendly sandy beach of Logaras, where you can eat and drink well right by the sea. Right next door is the beautiful Cycladic village of Marpissa, the unknown beauty with its white houses, narrow car-free alleys, windmills and churches and invites you to take a walk. Also easily accessible is the small fishing port of Piso Livadi with a variety of highly recommended taverns and the small, sheltered sandy beach, which is ideal for splashing with small children. For a club feeling, Pounda Beach is also within walking distance. The coastal road surrounds the entire island and ensures easy access to the most beautiful places on Paros. In just 20 minutes you can reach the two cities of Parikia and Naussa by car. If you love nightlife, you will like the many restaurants and bars.
