The Pool House: Contemporary country escape

Enjoy a relaxing time in the heart of the South Downs. Have a dip in the pool to cool off or warm up in the hot tub. Consisting of 2 king size beds, double sofa bed, open plan kitchen, dining room and living space. Open up the bi fold doors onto a large patio area with bbq, pizza oven and eating area. Situated 1 mile from the market town of Petersfield. Country walks on the doorstep and 500m from the local pub. Only 20 mins drive to the beach its a great spot for a break. The space The Pool House has great views overlooking Butser Hill and Ashford Hangers both amazing locations for walks. In the Summer months (April to end of September) enjoy a swim in the pool or lounge in the hot tub all year round. Guest access There is plenty of parking outside the property and we have access to a electric charging point at extra cost. The Pool House is situated on our land and enjoy a shared garden, although you have your own private patio area. From the parking, go through the wooden gate and you will see the Pool House straight ahead of you. Other things to note We have a lovely Golden Retriever dog called Max and cat called Luke. Max loves meeting new people so if he's outside lounging in the sun, say hi, he is incredibly placid and loves having his tummy rubbed.
