To that effect, we provide: - Generator, AC, heater, WiFi - Wardrobe, hangers - Iron, torch, washing machine - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 8 cars This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 bedrooms - all on the ground floor. - AC, WiFi, heater, electric kettle and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - All rooms have king-sized beds. BATHROOMS - There are 7 bathrooms in the villa - 4 attached and 3 common. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There is a living room on the first floor. - It offers comfortable seating for up to 8 people. It is equipped with an AC, TV and a wired music system. - There is a separate air-conditioned dining room that provides seating for up to 8 people. - There are 2 lawns on the ground floor. - Both are 650 sq. ft. in size and can seat up to 15-20 people. - There are 2 terraces. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. It will be served from 8:30 am to 10:30 am.  - All meals can be provided in-house on an a la carte basis. Guest access The guests have access to four rooms and common areas. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 1 female and 4 male staff members at an outhouse, at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per night, exclusive of meals. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in the lawn and embrace its beauty. Guests can indulge in horse and camel riding, visit the nearby villages on cycles and interact with farm animals. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 800 per day. - Camel rides can be arranged at an additional cost if informed in advance. - Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 50 per item. - In case of visitors, there's a mandatory charge of Rs. 1000 plus taxes, per person, per day, for up to 4 hours. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Personal staff can be accommodated at an additional cost of Rs 1500 per person, per night, excluding meal charges. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Since this is a shared property, there might be other guests in the dining area. - Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around. - Pets are not allowed. - There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours. - The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property. - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. HOUSE RULES - Loud music is not allowed here. - All-male groups are not allowed. - Outside food is not allowed in the premises. - Alcohol consumption is allowed. - Smoking is allowed only outdoors. - Hookah is strictly prohibited - Outside vendors for services like decor, DJ, catering, singing, bartending, and spa are strictly not allowed.
