My name is Christine I am filipino I have brick and a 2 story home. Baytown is known for Exxon Mobil Petroleum Plant and Methodist Hospital Expanding Construction both five minutes each way where about 30mins in down and 30mins n the airport. Several food chain and restaurants in sitting establishment in Baytown. The space Private room is perfect for travelers, students and business profesionals with long term stay. House is full of amenities, WiFi smart tv, water purification and iron. Full access of laundry room, kitchen room and upstairs living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and dishwasher, Garbage bags, dish soap, toothpaste, shampoo and towels also provided. Small Kitchen appliances include a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and oven. The bedroom features a queen bed with linens, blankets, small closets, cabinets, lamps, chair and computer desk. Bathroom linens, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap & hand soap provided. Gastove ,washer and dryer appliances. This house is our home and one other room is rented out through Airbnb. The kitchen is complete with all of the appliances and utensils needed to store and cookb food. There are two refrigerators the one is in the garage and the other one is in the kitchen which is mine. Private bedroom with a queen bed. Bathroom is shared with other roommates just letting you know I provide clean towels which is in your cabinet drawer and some roommates just leave their unclean towel in the restroom. Keep your towels in the room thanks. 😇 I have half bathroom downstairs in case someone is using the restroom upstairs Guest access For service request please contact me through Airbnb. Parking is easy and plentiful. The neighborhood is considered safe. Spacious living.
