Arayat, Clark Parade Grounds, Clark Safari, and Clark International Airport - 35 to 45min drive Guest access Maintenance of the swimming pool and Garden maintenance will be planned in between bookings as much as possible but works might occur during a stay if necessary. The Villa is located in the middle of farm so expect some insects and flies. ALWAYS CLOSE the screens and doors to prevent flies and insects enter the house especially 5PM onwards or after the rain. We have provided zappers in every room but we still encourage our guest to bring insect repellant like off-lotion for your skin protection. The villa has CCTVs outside, dirty kitchen and hallway area for guests and property security purposes. PLEASE READ thoroughly and carefully our House Rules and Regulations. Other things to note POWER OUTAGE POLICY As the summer months can be unpredictable for the weather, there is a possibility of serious storms or power outages. Please note that we do not offer weather related or sudden power outage discounts or refunds outside our policy as this beyond our control. However, if the power interruption is scheduled, we will notify a week or 3 days before the reserved date and the guests may cancel or reschedule their booking date.
