Carly's Heritage Chalet. Mins from beach

Fully furnished holiday chalet with one double bedroom and a really comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge. This heritage chalet has been renovated to provide the best living space possible. It's situated on a quiet well run chalet park in the beautiful seaside village of Mundesley on the North Norfolk coast. Large walk in shower. Key safe and free allocated parking for two cars beside the chalet. The space Carly's is a lovely holiday chalet available from 1st March until 31st October. It is spacious and has one double bedroom with lots of storage space. There is a settee bed in the lounge which quickly converts into a double bed with sprung mattress. Simply put your hand through the two back cushions and pull the lever towards you. Simple and quick. The bedding for this is under the bed in the main bedroom. The living space is designed to provide you with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There's a drop leaf dining table and four folding chairs or just trays if you prefer to eat from the settee. There is a fitted kitchen area with a two ring induction hob and oven underneath. The oven has a grill. Microwave, 4 slice toaster, kettle and cafetiere. The cutlery drawer might be a little tricky to find. Its right at the top of the kitchen cupboard next to the fridge. There's a little chrome handle attached to the drawer. Cleaning materials, bin bags etc are behind the grey curtains in the kitchen and we've left a great little hoover in case you don't like sand all over the floor, or anything else for that matter! There are pegs behind the grey curtain too. The washing line is at the back of the chalet where you park. There is a large, tiled walk in shower at the rear of the chalet. This is also where the toilet and hand basin is located. The lounge area has a 3 seater settee and there's a lovely teal coloured tub chair. The TV is wall mounted. The lounge has large patio doors which open up onto a private patio where you can place sun chairs and sit and relax. Beyond this is a large grassed area which is well maintained. We leave the wooden sun chairs out for you but there are more comfortable recliners in the storage box at the back of the chalet. There's a BBQ too and some utensils. There are 82 chalets on the park in total. They are all well spaced enabling a real sense of privacy and the opportunity to socialise should you choose to. There's a pretty spinney at the back of the chalet which is lovely for an evening stroll. Guest access Guests have sole use of the entire chalet. You can access this via a key safe which is on the right hand side of the chalet as you face it. I will text you the keycode the day before your arrival. We have another chalet on site so we are often available should you have any questions. If you would like us to meet and greet you, we're happy to do so, providing we are here when you arrive. We can be fairly flexible about arrival and departure times. There's allocated parking for two cars beside the chalet. Other things to note Please note the electric is payable by guests via a £1 coin meter. This costs very little during summer months and still only a few pounds per day during the winter. We always leave the meter topped up and ask our guests to kindly leave the meter as they find it. We provide all bed linen, towels and tea towels. We ask that you secure the chalet when it's unoccupied. We provide unlimited internet for our guests. WiFi password is in the chalet information book.
