Double bed 10 min walk to Southampton General

Walking distance to Southampton General, Princess Anne and Aspire Hospital. Double bedroom in a clean and tidy house. As an experienced host I have learned what it takes to make my guest stays comfortable with a high emphasis on cleanliness. High speed WI-FI, full use of a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 3 bathrooms. Parking is restricted to 2 hours per day but free to park from 4pm until 10am. Free tea and coffee, shops within walking distance, supermarkets, restaurants, banks etc The space You can use the whole property, there is tea and coffee in the kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to cook a meal. There is a washer and dryer. You can have a short stroll to the high street (Shirley High street( were you can find everything you would need, from banks, to restaurants, to supermakets, fruit markets etc. Guest access The house/room is self check in and the access codes will be sent on the day of arrival at appx 2pm During your stay I don't interact with my guests much but I am a text or phone call away Other things to note there are cctv cameras in the hallway, kitchen and landine
