Our family home will welcome you in a quiet and relaxing space, in the center of La Cotiniere. You will therefore be in the heart of this pretty little fishing port (400 m), with all the shops in your street, and the beach about 400 m away. You will be in the middle of the summer liveliness activity, while being quiet in the house and on the terrace. The space You will have, upstairs, two bedrooms with a 140 cm bed, and one of them also has a 90 cm bed. On the ground floor, a large living room overlooking a terrace with no one overlooking it. A fitted kitchen also overlooking the terrace, a master suite with separate bathroom and toilet. A laundry room. The terrace is equipped with an awning, and overlooks the garage. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a high chair, baby cot and stroller. A cleaning fee can be requested if needed. Guest access you have access to the whole house.
