Vivenda Valentini, located in Itatiaia, Minas Gerais, has four fully independent and private lofts. This is the “Right to Laziness” Loft, which has a wide panoramic view of the Itatiaia mountain range and waterfall. The loft features a large living room integrated into the spa area, a full kitchen, a mezzanine and an en-suite with hot and cold split dual inverter air-conditioning. The space This is the Right to Laziness Loft. Located on the upper floor of building 02, it has independent pedestrian access from the front balcony. It has two floors, with the following general characteristics and utensils: on the first floor, we have the living room combined with the dining room (with high ceiling and fully glazed), balcony, 1,100-liter electric spa (in an uncovered area) and full kitchen (with gas stove and oven, microwave, frost-free refrigerator, sandwich maker, pots, corkscrew, plates, cutlery, Airfryer, thermos, Nespresso coffee maker, glasses, cups and bowls). On the second floor, we have a small living room with an interior balcony, a suite with a king size bed, a double shower 200v/7800w, a TV with Roku (with streaming apps), and split dual inverter hot and cold air-conditioning. Loft Direito à Preguiça has a wi-fi network and bedding, bathrobes and bathrobes are available. Please pay attention to the following guidelines and rules for using the loft before requesting a reservation: - The Valentini Villa is a place that combines quiet, tranquility and relaxation. If the objectives with the stay are not these, we kindly ask you not to make a reservation; - Any type of sound that exceeds the limits of the indoor environments is expressly prohibited; - We do not operate as a hostel/hotel, and the rates are specified by the lofts rental for short seasons, so we do not serve breakfast, meals and drinks; - Bed and bath linens, blankets, soaps and cleaning products are available and are included in the price of the stay; - The Right to Preguiça loft has a parking space; - We leave the following courtesy: coffee powder, sugar, salt, seasoning, tea saches and a litre of mineral water; - The internet is via fiber optics, with 80 M, interconnected to a radio center; - In the village and in the Vivenda it is possible to count on the signal only from the LIVE operator; - The number of guests cannot exceed what was agreed upon at the time of booking and guests are not allowed; - We do not accept pets; - It is expressly forbidden to barbecue in indoor and outdoor areas; - Check-in: from 4pm (we do not anticipate check-in); - Check-out: until 4 pm (flexible).
