A quiet residential location surrounded by beautiful countryside but with easy access to NEC, Resorts World, Bear Grylls Adventure, Birmingham Airport, Solihull and direct rail links to Birmingham City Centre and Coventry and 3 minute train to NEC/BHX The space The Hampton Apartment is a beautifully furnished executive home . The bedroom has two single beds which can be separated or pushed together to form a king size bed (please note that the mattress are not zip linked) The living space is open plan, with sofa (converting to bed if required for additional guest at supplementary cost - please enquire), sumptuous velvet armchair, smart TV and a desk to provide a convenient work space. The kitchen/dining area provides a beautiful rustic dining table , a luxury fitted kitchen with integrated fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine/ drier. The apartment is in a quiet residential development, surrounded by beautiful countryside and walking spaces accessible with a few minutes' walk of the development whilst also offering easy access to transport links. Given its quiet residential location, guests are requested to respect our neighbours and avoid causing any disturbance. We are available at all times to provide any assistance. The apartment can sleep an additional guest on the sofabed if required for a supplementary fee. Please feel free to forward an enquiry should this option be required. Guest access There are two free allocated parking spaces within the apartment development. A car is recommended for exploring the local area, with easy access to local transport links. Hampton In Arden train station is within walking distance (approx 15 minutes walk or 4 minute drive) and provides direct links south to Coventry (approx 16 minutes) or London Euston (approx 1 hr 35 mins), or north to Birmingham International Station (3 mins) for access to the NEC, Birmingham Airport, Resorts World Arena , Bear Grylls Adventure and also to Birmingham New Street Station (approx 16 mins) serving Birmingham City Centre. Other things to note STRICTLY no parties or events. It is important that our neighbours are not disturbed by any excessive noise. Please note that, due the proximity to transport links, do expect to hear some train noise from the nearby rail line which passes the front of the apartment.
