Historic Downtown Apartment

Enjoy this 2 bedroom upstairs apartment in the heart of David City. This 100+ year old building was recently renovated and updated with modern conveniences. This comfy loft is furnished with everything you need for a short or long term stay. If you are coming this way, this is the place to stay in David City! The space Although we would allow 5 adults, we think 4 adults is a more comfortable amount of guests at one time. Guest access The laundromat is located inside the building. No hauling your clothes outside in the cold, (or hot) to get them washed! Other things to note Noise: This unit is conveniently located downtown, however, If you are sensitive to noise there’s a few things you should be aware of. Highway 15 goes right by, so there will be some traffic noise. If you aren’t familiar with small towns in Nebraska, most use sirens for notifying volunteers and firefighters of emergencies, you may hear these at random times. You may also hear a train horn on occasion as well.
