Charming house in a rural setting

Charming house from the early 1800s in a quiet and relaxing environment on an old family farm. The farm has been in the family since the mid-1600s. The house previously functioned as a tenant residence. On the property, there is also a farm building where the owner/host lives part of the time. The farm is located in Skrikebo village but still secluded from other farms and nearby is a swimming lake. From Skrikebo The space The house was renovated in 2021. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a wood stove and baking oven, a bathroom with a shower and a hall with a dining table and a sofa bed. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. One has a double bed and two single beds. The second has a 105 cm bed and a bunk bed with 120/90 cm. Outside, there is a lovely terrace with seating area and dining area. Below, there is space for a barbecue. Outside in the courtyard, there is room for parking of 3 cars next to the house. On the other side of the courtyard, there are outlets for charging cars. Other things to note From Skrikebo, it is 12 km to Oskarshamn. From there, in summer, you can take day trips by ferry to both northern Öland and the Blå Jungfrun National Park. Just over an hour away by car is Astrid Lindgren's world.
