This cosy apartment on the bottom floor of a vacation house containing 3 apartments is a great place to get away from it all. The views from the patio of this green valley full of palm trees are breathtaking! Plus it's only 25 minutes to Locarno! The house is accessible on foot from the main road up 80 steps and is set back from the road to allow a large degree of privacy and tranquility. Note that you can rent it together with the apartment on the top floor, for a total of 6 beds. The space The apartment has a single room, a bathroom, dining room, basic kitchen, and covered patio. The living room has a raised sleeping area. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults sleeping separately or 1 adult with 1 child. The middle apartment belongs to the elderly owner and is usually empty. You may also add the upstairs apartment which sleeps 4 more people. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment with private entrance. Other things to note The house is a two minute walk up many many steep steps from the main road. Luggage will need to be hand-carried by guests up the steps.
