On the left, a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the balcony through a bay window, ocean view. On the right, a living room with dining table, sofa bed (160*200 cm bed), coffee table and armchair, TV and TV cabinet, fan, two windows with ocean view and a French window to access the balcony. In the extension, there is a bedroom with a fitted dressing room, a 160*200 cm double bed, two nightstands, fan, a wall desk, a TV, and a magnificent ocean view. A bathroom adjoining the living room is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and towel dryer. For your stay, we provide: - all bed linen, including for a folding crib - all bath linens (towel, bath mat, glove...) - beach towels and mats - dish towels and microfiber cloths - a baby cot and high chair on request - private parking space - end-of-stay cleaning The city center is a 5-min walk, with all amenities. We hope you enjoy your stay! Guest access Access is via the boulevard (one-way street), for self-check-in. Other things to note No smoking in the unit. Pets not allowed. The apartment is protected by an alarm when no one is present, so it is equipped with a motion detector in the living room (it is not a camera and it is disabled during your stay). For everyone's comfort, an end-of-stay cleaning is included, but the apartment must be returned in good condition, with dishes washed and tidied, trash taken out.
