It is fabulously situated in a central location with walking distance to downtown Fairbanks. Shopping, restaurants, the river walk, museums and more are a short walk from the door. Hiking, fishing, golfing, skiing and more are only a few minutes drive. The space 1000 Sq Ft apartment with a large smart TV with free Wi-Fi. We have a fully equipped kitchen & laundry room with washer and dryer. Master has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen, Bedroom 3 has a 2 twin beds. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment, the front and back yard. Other things to note The water here is heated by steam, so it should always be hot - please use cation and test water first before showering or washing dishes.
