Also, the modern kitchenette is sharing this space, fully equipped with the essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The bedroom comes with a comfortable double bed - all the beds will be prepared with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink and fresh towels, as well as complimentary toiletries will be available upon your arrival. Your health and safety come first, so we follow an enhanced cleaning protocol with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
