Beautiful newly furnished 2bedroom small home. Tanning area, charming front porch with new furniture and BBQ perfect for entertaining and enjoying beautiful days and evenings! Remodeled to add dedicated work space and 2nd bedroom. In the lovely Country Roads resort where you will find 3 swimming pools heated all year! Main season is Nov-March with Tennis, pickle ball, dances, and more. Remodeled ballroom with breakfast and lunch cafe and outdoor entertainment. Is only 2 streets away. The space Bright and cheery with brand new furnishings throughout. New blinds throughout. New washer dryer in shed. Just a short walk to the main complex. Great porch to hang out inCheck in at the office for badges to wear when out in common areas. Be sure to give Lot 964. One guest must be 55+. No children under 18. No smokers. No smoking allowed. Sign in under Roger or Guest. The internet is fast and free to you. Enter the door through keypad The number will be sent to you. After putting in the number push the medallion and the deadbolt will open. Turn knob. Do Not lock the knob. When leaving home lock by pushing the medallion. Be sure you lock and close all doors but not the front door knob. You can chose to use a key, just let me know. The outdoor trash can is for yard waste only. your trash should be taken to trash area just to your left as you exit through the back gate. You don't need to really clean, turn down the sheets on the beds you have used. Good idea to wash your dirty dishes and remove your trash. Your washer and dryer are in the shed in back area.
