The space The cozy condo unit is located a minute walk from Diani Beach, thus a nice, calming, breezy environment. It's 9 km from Ukunda Airport, and 8 km from Diani Shopping Centre. The unit has a well furnished sitting area, fully equipped neat closed kitchen, a nicely furnished bedroom, a grandeur bathroom and a porch where you can relax and unwind with the garden view and the playful Black and White Columbus monkeys in the compound. The living area is a comfortable space with a flatscreen cable TV and plush furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchen stuff you may need; a 138l fridge/ with a freezer, microwave, an electric & gas cooker with an oven where you can bake or grill your favorites. a water dispenser, an electric kettle, and a blender. The kitchen is wholesome with stainless steel cutlery and ceramic utensils. A washing machine and dryer is available for your laundry. White clean towels and linens are also included together with other bathroom essentials i.e Toilet papers, bathing soap, and cleaning agents. A strong Wi-Fi connection for working/ entertainment. Other things to note: Our compound is intentionally left partially bushy to support the conservation of the endangered Colobus monkeys. These natural bushes provide essential nesting areas, especially during the birthing season. While one section of the compound is well-manicured with shaded areas from palm and other trees, the untouched greenery allows us to sustainably coexist with the local wildlife.
