King’s View - Stunning Panoramic Ocean Views

King's View is located in beautiful East Boothbay, Maine, right across the street from the ocean and has stunning, panoramic ocean views throughout. The large primary bedroom has a en-suite bathroom, a king bed, Mitsubishi mini-split, and a smart TV. This one level home also offers a washer/dryer and window unit ACs, in addition to the mini-split, to keep the house well-cooled in the summer. Located on King Phillips Trail, It's a great place to walk or jog along the oceanfront. The space The house is entirely on one floor, and there is easy 2-step access into the house by the back door. Originally a small cottage, a large primary suite was added in 2010. This cozy cottage has lots of homey, Maine charm while also offering AC, a washer/dryer, a king-size bed, and beautiful views throughout. Other things to note Please note that all guests must electronically sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. If the agreement is not signed, the reservation may be cancelled, and access will not be given. Although we use it for entry, guests are not allowed to park in the garage.
