NO CATS LONG TERM RENTALS WELCOME The space Primary bedroom with ensuite bath and king bed. 2nd bedroom with queen bed. 3rd bedroom with twin daybed and 2nd twin trundle, plus dedicated office space. Open concept living/dining/ kitchen area with tons of natural light. Dedicated laundry room off kitchen. French doors open off dining room to patio and gazebo in fully fenced yard. 22ft pool in summer months, firepit year round. Ample parking. Other things to note As pet owners and lovers ourselves, we are happy to offer a pet friendly home! All well trained, house broken dogs are welcome, and we even provide pet bowls, leashes, and all natural wheat/corn/soy free treats! We are unfortunately unable to accommodate cats as a general rule, but feel free to contact us for individual circumstances. You must be sure to let us know about your pets prior to booking. Guests must be sure to pick up/clean up pet waste or an additional cleaning fee will be charged. All garbage must be bagged . No loose garbage can be placed in collection bin as we may incur a fine from the town, which will result in an additional fee being charged. Recycling and trash may not be co-mingled or a fee may be charged. Guests may not use the property address to receive packages, mail, Amazon deliveries etc. Services such as Uber Eats, Doordash, Shipt, etc are fine.
