Situated in a quiet seaside neighborhood on a private, one lane road, this property has plenty of privacy, ocean views, large yard in a peaceful, quiet setting. 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk to Southshore & Goosewing Beaches, this home is decorated with nautical themes that reflect the cottage's proximity to the ocean. Enjoy long walks on our great beaches or just breath in the salt air while relaxing on the patio. The space Take in the ocean view from the patio, barbeque on the gas grill. Farm stands and vineyards offer fresh fruits and vegetables to pair with fine local wines. This home is situated on a sparsely travelled road with a posted speed limit of 15 MPH so it is a nice area to stroll with children or pets. A morning jog, a day at the beach can end with a family sunset cookout. Sakonnet Point is an easy drive with harbor views, lobster market and dog friendly beach. Daily or weekly parking passes for Southshore beach are available if you choose to go by car but many guests walk and get onto the beach for free. You may book the property nightly except during July and August when we rent by the week only. September to June 3 day rentals available. In addition to the 2 bathrooms there also is an enclosed outdoor shower in the back yard with hot and cold water, perfect for the after-beach rinse. There is ample parking which can easily accommodate several vehicles.
