Cancellation Policy: We have a strict cancellation policy. However, we try hard to accommodate any change requests. In the event of a cancellation, we would refund up to the extent that we are able to recover rent with a replacement tenant. This is very likely with advance notice because historically we had full occupancy even with many unexpected changes during the COVID pandemic.
