Great Mid-Town location! Direct Ocean front, 3 bedroom 2 full bath condo. Breathtaking views from very room. Natural light flows in from sliding glass doors and new windows, brightening the entire condo. When the surf gets too rough, go for a swim in the outdoor pool. 3 elevators and 2 assigned parking spaces. Make our home your home for vacation. Come stay at the Sandpiper Dunes and make wonderful memories that will last a lifetime! The space This is a Oceanfront condo, located in the Beautiful Sandpiper Dunes! Enjoy the gorgeous views of the Ocean from Kitchen, Living room, Dining room, Master and 3rd bedrooms. Large kitchen with counter seating. Family room has HDTV, High speed wireless internet access. The condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The Master bedroom suite has king size bed with amazing views of the beach and ocean. Bedroom 2 has 2 double size beds. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds with beautiful view of the beach and ocean. All bedrooms include flat screen HDTVs. This condo includes everything you and your family need while at the beach. NOTE: This is not a Senior Graduate Rental, guests must be 25 year old to rent. This condo does not have sheets and towels provided. You will need to bring your own or I can arrange for you to have them rented. I do have a rental agreement with a local company. They will deliver your sheets and towels, make the beds and pick them up on your date of departure at your expense. The full linen package is, king in master, 2 fulls in second bedroom, and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom and a queen for the pull out sleep sofa. 10 sets of towels and 2 sets of kitchen towels and dish clothes. The cost is $130 dollars for the whole package. If you need less, just let me know and I can provide a price. The Sandpiper Dunes building is a non smoking building. You will not be allowed to smoke anywhere on the premises, including inside the condo, on the balcony, not in stairwells nor in the parking lot. You must be 25 feet from the building to smoke. Guest access Stroll to the beach for a day fun in the sand, or stay home to indulge in amazing view from your private balcony. Best of all, you can forget about the stress of battling (& paying) for a parking spot! Park your car in 1 of your 2 assigned parking spots. The Sandpiper Dunes has security on site 7 days a week from June to September, added value at no cost to you, helps you feel safe. No need to use your car during your stay, you'll be only steps away from Beach, Restaurants, mini golf, and shopping. Other things to note This condo is available: - Mid June through August is a Sunday through Sunday weekly rental. Send me an inquiry if you want a shorter than 7 day stay. - During the months of April, May, Mid June, September and October is a 3 night minimum. - November through March is 2 night minimum.
