The studio apartment is one of the apartments of Phamily Residence, which is located at No.20, An Thuong 3, My An, Ngu Hanh Son, Da Nang city, right near by the famous and bustling pedestrian mall surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes, tea rooms, spas and massages. In addition, one of the ten most beautiful beaches in the world – My Khe Beach is just a 3 minute walk from our residence thanks to the ideal location. The space The freshly constructed residence offers furnishing and facilities which combine elegance with practicality. Phamily Residence prides itself on enthusiasm and friendly approach of the staff which alongside with the coziness and the heart warming subtle nuances of the place will make you feel at home. Other things to note We would like to inform you that construction work has recently begun very close to the apartment (next to the building). This is entirely beyond our control and takes place daily from 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. While some guests have not found it disruptive, we have recently received a few complaints, so we want to be fully transparent about the situation. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. WATER AND ELECTRICITY IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE - the price of water and electricity is purely based on your usage and is not added any extra fees to the price.
