The house has beautiful views of the sea, sun all day, heated pool 10x4m, very quiet location with walking distance to shops, restaurants, gym, paddle courts, exercise track. The house has a main house and a guest house. A total of 10 beds in four bedrooms. Living room with open floor plan, fireplace, TV (Apple TV), stereo. Modern kitchen, microwave, Nespresso, coffee maker, etc. Two bathrooms, washer and dryer. Guest house has two bedrooms and a small toilet. Patio with gas grill. Golf: Slite GK playing rights with 2 free green fees/day. The space The house is located in Fårösund in an area called Kronhaga beach. Previously, there was a military area here, KA 3, but it was closed in 2000. The house is located on the first row by the sea, with only a few meters down to the water. The house consists of two buildings: a main house and a guest house. In total, there are 8+2 beds spread over 4 separate bedrooms. If you rent the whole place, it is suitable for, for example, two families or four couples. We keep the house pet-free and any children in the company must be older than 10 years. In the main house there is a living room with an open floor plan to the living room that has a nice view of Fårösundssundet, fireplace, TV and music system, as well as two bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom. There is a large washing machine, dryer and even a mangle. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, Sodastream, electric whisk, hand mixer, etc. Household utensils with everything you could possibly need in a kitchen. The master bedroom overlooks the water, double bed and private bathroom but shower. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with an extra pull-out bed (sleeps 3) and a separate bathroom with shower. In the guest house, there are two separate bedrooms: one with two 80 cm beds (can be furnished as a double bed or two separate beds, there are mattresses for both variants) and one with a bunk bed with extra pull-out bed (sleeps 3) and separate bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms overlook the pool and sea. In the guest house there is a small toilet. You can shower in the house. On the plot, there is a large heated pool (10x4 m) with a roof. It is possible to swim under the roof on rainy and colder days. The pool is open during the summer (from late May/early June to October). Otherwise, there are plenty of outdoor furniture, a large gas grill, a trampoline, and upon request two SUPs (life jackets and wetsuits are available in different sizes). Other practical aspects: - There's an iron, an ironing board, board games. Detailed instructions for arrival/departure are available by email the week before arrival. - Bed linen, towels (including pool towels), kitchen towels, etc. are usually not included in the rent. - Internet (Wi-Fi), electricity, water are included in the rental rate. Golf: Two game rights at Slite GK are included in the property. This means two free green fees/day on the nice course in Slite. In the area there are exercise tracks, paddle courts, gym, outdoor gym. Of the consumables that are in the house, you can use what is there but buy new ones when something has run out so that the next guest will find them in the house. Cleaning: there are very clear cleaning instructions in each room, which we expect to be followed to the letter unless otherwise agreed regarding cleaning. Even with agreed cleaning assistance, the house must be left in good condition.
