The space In a fully disinfected space of 360 sq. metres of 3 levels someone can enjoy exclusive, magic, luxury Holidays, living the dream of Nature and blue of Aegean Sea, away of the noise from a crowded place. Experience an oasis of elegance, calm and luxury with spectacular views along with a hospitality of beauty, serenity and freedom that can never be truly described. In our garden there is a permanent swimming pool. It's dimensions: 4.80 metres X 1.27 metres where your kids can enjoy their swimming and adults can also freshen their body, during hot summer days, admiring also the spectacular and amazing Nature's view. Your kids can also enjoy playing in our garden's playground. There are 3 main bedrooms and 1 in the attic which can accommodate 4 people and 1 kid upto 12 years old, which means, villa can accommodate upto 10 people and one kid. There are also 2 main bathrooms and 2 WCs along with big verandahs staring at the sea and our big garden. In the master bedroom there is also a jacuzzi bath, where someone can enjoy a Spa in aromatic salts, balls and candles, we offer you free. Inside this room, there's also a big clock room and a fire place to experience it and create romantic atmosphere and moments during winter time. In its big living room someone can create memorable moments and experience unique and amazing holidays any time wants. The contemporary kitchen, a space for delicious tastes and great inspiration. The desk room, is a space for those who love working along with their holidays. The villa looks like a small contemporary museum, designed by the Architect George Kritharis, with stucco venecciano, paintings, handmade carpets and curtains of pure silk, most of them are Fornasseti's copies. Our visitors can experience a contemporary architectural design and enjoy their holidays by relaxing and admiring the miracle of Nature in a well protected and disinfected environment under our personal creation and distinguished help (any time). Kids can also enjoy their play in a well protected and a safe space of our big garden without the injuring danger and the parents can gather flowers, plants and fruits from our trees such as the famous figs of Kymi or else and why not have a small picnic. Other things to note Outside the bedrooms, there is a sitting room to relax. Also, all bedrooms contain some kind of secretaire [desks] for businessmen or students to work. The main living room contains three sofas, the first of six seats, the second of three seats and the third one of two seats, where you can rest and enjoy relaxing, or reading or watching a program on TV or a live streaming program on NETFLIX. In the kitchen you'll meet all facilities someone could ever have dreamt, even one kettle of eggs. Generally, all accessories of the space make your life easy, simple and enjoyable. Refrigerator produces ice cubes automatically and provides you with fresh clear water due to its filter it contains. There is also a contemporary electric frying pan along with the hot plate, which will facilitate your cooking if you do so. Our oven and microwave oven makes your life comfortable and joyful! Finally, the view from all spaces, especially from master bedroom's and the attic' s big verandahs, will leave you speechless. The magnificent Aegean Balcony's view will surprise you.
