Baldy and more. This home is fully updated with comfortable décor and outdoor entertaining - perfect for family gatherings! Experience wildlife on the property & a quick walk/drive to the Cascades Raptor Center. This home currently sits in a developing neighborhood with new construction down the road. The space This home shares a 1 acre property with a small guesthouse. Space is seperated with a cedar fence + fir trees and other vegetation. The kitchen/dining/living area is open concept and offers a dining table and bar seating. Large sectional couch and chairs provide plenty of seating centered around the fireplace/TV. The home has large windows and skylights to provide lots of natural light. Master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite and dedicated work space. The spacious second bedroom has queen + single bed with night stands. Third bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. All rooms have closet space with luggage racks and hangers for clothes. Large main bathroom with shower/tub and custom tile throughout. Laundry room in home with washer/dryer for guest use. The back area includes a side yard for yard games, multiple decks, gazebo with propane firepit/roasting sticks and comfortable patio furniture. Second gazebo provides outdoor dining and Weber grill for a perfect space for entertaining. Enjoy the outdoor space while relaxing in the hammock or playing with any of the lawn games like Cornhole, Large dice Yatzee, croquet, horseshoes etc. Guest access The property has a guesthouse (ADU) on the property - guests will not have access to the ADU or its surrounding yard/deck space. Separation of spaces are obvious with dividing cedar fence and trees/bushes. Guests will have access to large yard and plenty of outdoor space around the home including multiple decks w/furniture, lawn and round about gravel driveway. Guests will have access to the entire home except one locked small storage closet. No access to detached carport or shop/storage area at rear of property. Other things to note We want to keep the area green so please no smoking on the property and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm for all guests to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere:)
