Modern and cozy place near the city center

The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood close to the city center. The city center is in a walking distance (20 min) or you can use any bus and get to the city center (1-2 bus-stops). The place is close to the riverfront and a nice recreational park next to it. You will be staying in the business zone close to Belgrade Arena, Sava international congress center and Usce Shopping center that are just around the corner. The space The Living room opens up to the terrace that overviews the "6 Kaplara" residential towers and the Usce tower. It has an expandable couch that can accommodate two persons, an armchair and the TV. In the corner of the living room is a single bed with a small closet for the additional accommodation. Behind the TV wall is the kitchen with a dining table for two. In the bedroom is a queen bed and a small exercising area with a stationary bike. One out of three closets is available for use. The bathroom offers a shower cabin, the toilet and the vanity. Also, the washing machine is available for washing clothes if needed.
