A key safe entry system for your convenience & self check in options, a guaranteed driveway parking space. You've the option to use our 100% private, luxurious woodlike style 'Majorca' lazy-spa hot tub, private patio area with seating, 50mbps internet. king size slumber bed with hotel quality bedding & pillows. The space Our studio is furnished lovely throughout and to a high standard so we hope you understand that we take pride and pleasure in providing this to many visitors to come. Main amenities for your convenience: Optional use of our spacious new addition to summer 2024 the 'Majorca' lay-z-spa hot tub which will be fully sanitised and cleaned with chlorine and preheated to the temperature of your choice (Max 40°) *Additional strict rules apply to ensure optimum hygiene and to prevent damage to be agreed in advance* Please let us know in advance if you'd like to use it so we can get it ready! -A king size bed with the UK's Most Awarded, Best-selling 'Emma' Mattress -Dolce Gusto coffee machine with a selection of capsules provided. -Comfortable love sofa with warm throw - Table for two/work station - A decent Bluetooth speaker with DAB radio - 43in smart T.V with internet, Amazon and Netflix - 50mbps high speed fibre internet with ethernet plug in available. - A microwave, mini fridge & freezer, kettle Whether you're visiting for a small break, as a couple or for a need to stay in the area, or as a single person, you're very much welcome.
