Our home sits back from the street about 1/8 mile. Park in the first parking area and take the gravel path that leads to the lower, back part of the house. Ideal for work station- WiFi, counter with great light and room to spread out paperwork. Enjoy your own covered porch for evening glass of wine or a morning cup of coffee from the coffee bar with Kuerig and hot pot Relax on the comfortable camelback couch or Queen sized bed and watch Netflex or Prime on the 50-inch Smart TV. Prepare snacks in the Kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge and toaster. Whole Foods and Giant Eagle are within 3 miles. Trader Joes, Shopping Malls, Cinamark theaters and Pharmacies are 5 miles as well as AGH and UPMC Hospitals. Beautiful North Park Lake with walking and biking paths, kayaking and golf is 1.5 miles. Downtown Pittsburgh with Universities, Steelers, Pirates, Penguins, National Aviary, Phipps Conservatory, Amazing Museums - Carnegie, Warhol, Children's, Kenneywood Amusement Park and SOO much more are close, take I-279 twenty miles Since we are in a beautiful country area, you will need a vehicle to get around. Otherwise you would be able to use Uber or Lyft. This space is not appropriate for anyone with accessibility needs. The path leading to lower entrance has a slight grade and there are 4 steps up and 4 steps down to the bathroom and makeup area.
