Lucca hills, Tuscan barnhouse, cozy room-rondini

Set in the hills overlooking Lucca, in a small historical village, our renovated barn house is the perfect place to rest after a long day exploring the surrounding area. We offer two comfortable rooms with private baths and a common room. The beautiful city of Lucca is a short 10' drive or 20' biking. Enjoy shopping, fine dining and the arts. Hiking and bike trails start outside the house. You can walk to the closest restaurant and local minimarket. Pets welcome, pet sitting available. The space Price listed is for one room with private bath. We have a total of two bedrooms with private bathroom. The two rooms for rent are situated on the first floor (European standards) - second floor ( USA standards) of our recently renovated barn house. A crib can be positioned - bring your own. In the Rondini room a single bed can be added on request. A family of four can rent the two rooms. On the same floor there is a room, shared by the guests with all needed for breakfast and take away meals. Breakfast is not served. Guest access Guests have their own keys to the main entrance. Rooms are on the first floorand and the inside stairs are also used by the owners to reach their own apartment. On the first floor, there is also a common room, shared by the guests of the two rooms for rent, which has tables, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machines, pottery and everything you need to prepare your breakfast or eat a take away lunch/dinner. Big parking on premises. During your stay At any time, we are available, in person or by phone, to give all the information you need to have a special vacation. Other things to note PETS are WELCOME. If you need the leave your pet/pets in the room for the day, we can pet-sit (contact us for more info). NO SMOKING allowed inside the house. There is a nice patio at the entrance where you can sit and smoke. There are stairs to go to the rooms (see pictures). We have NO AIR CONDTIONING but, as the house is set on the hills, you will sleep comfortably, leaving the big window open. You will also find a portable ventilator in the room.
