Bright double room on the first floor of a semi-detached house with shared bathroom in a quiet area. Wi-Fi and on street parking are available. We also have a cat who lives here. The property is 5min from the A1 motorway and 10min by car from Doncaster Railway Station. There are nearby shops and places to eat. Arrival and departure times to be agreed prior to a booking being accepted to ensure we can meet your needs. The room won’t be available before 3pm. The space The room is found on the first floor of a brick semi-detached house. Rooms are all brightly decorated with lots of natural light coming in. Guest access Bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen by request and agreement and guests are requested to take care if eating in the room. Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden space too. During your stay We often work from home so will be available to help you with any queries. Other things to note Check-in and check-out times must be agreed before arriving. Guests are welcome to use the washing machine for £3 per load to cover the costs. Strictly no smoking in the property and shoes are to be removed on entry.
