A beautifully converted annexe, detached from our family home in the rural village of Durley, Southampton. •Guests have a separate entrance through a side gate. •Self check in lock box conveniently located next to Penny Lodge entrance. •Light & airy bedroom & living area with bifold doors overlooking the shared garden. •Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden. •Comfortable kingsize bed with extra bedding available •Sofa bed that can be opened out into a second, small double bed. Please request bedding for this prior to arrival. •Kitchenette w/breakfast bar, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetière & Nespresso coffee machine. •Shower room with toilet and large walk-in electric shower. •Air conditioning. •43” wall mounted Smart TV •Free Wi-Fi •Free parking •Two shelves with clothes hanging rails & hangers •USB plug sockets .Children’s playground across the road from property Guest access Guests will have the entire studio annexe to themselves as well as access to our rear garden. Penny Lodge is accessed through a side gate at the end of a gravel driveway. There are sensor & solar lights to guide you when it gets dark. Free parking Other things to note Please note there is no oven/hob. Unfortunately no pets allowed Absolutely no smoking or vaping on the premises, thankyou. No groups or parties Please, no additional guests unless agreed with us in advance. Please respect our neighbourhood, we live in a family friendly area & ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum. Phone signal is not great in Durley, this could be a bonus for some! If staying for 7+ days, your bedding will be freshly laundered once weekly. Clothes washing can be arranged on request & a laundry bag will be provided.
