Modern child-friendly accommodation one hour from Stockholm by train or car, 40 minutes by car to Kolmården zoo. Neighboring a good bathhouse with pools outside and inside, slides & hot tubs. Close to shopping centers, grocery stores, liquor stores, nice playground, etc. 20-minute walk to the train station. Don't miss the harbor in the summer! Guests must be able to maintain a reasonable noise level outdoors and in the evening, for the sake of neighbors. No parties. Cleaning can be selected for SEK 1200, sheets SEK 30 per set. Guest access Entire home Other things to note The house is well soundproofed and I have never heard the neighbors, but it is a townhouse with neighbors on the other side of the wall so some caution with the noise level should be observed, especially outdoors. Be kind and respectful to all neighbors. I have chosen not to charge a mandatory cleaning fee, so guests are expected to clean properly after themselves so it is clean and nice for the next visitor. Let me know if you want to order a cleaning service for an extra SEK 1,200. Feel free to bring your own sheets & towels, otherwise you can borrow mine for a surcharge of SEK 30 per set for handling.
