Spacious double bedroom with shower room. Tea, coffee and breakfast in room. Great pub directly opposite and fishing lake 2 minutes walk away. Extra fold up bed if required. This room and ensuite shower room have been totally renovated and patio doors added to access the garden. By the middle of March 2025 there will be a TV with Sky channels and NETFLIX and a radio which allows for blue tooth connection to your mobile phone for streaming of your own personal playlist.. The space It's a lovely little village with a great pub directly opposite serving good food and guest beers. Lovely walks along the river Bain and a fishing lake 2 minutes walk away. Close to Woodhall Spa Horncastle and Coningsby the home of the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight. The Mill House is one of the oldest houses in this beautiful Lincolnshire village. There is undercover parking if guests require.
