The Lemavos apartment is located in downtown Monforte in a quiet and landscaped area. It has excellent views of the city's iconic buildings and is 150 m2, to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. It is equipped with everything you need for your stay, with a guest service telephone, available 24 hours a day and to be totally satisfactory, pets, parties and loud noise are not allowed. The space The apartment is brand new and has 150 square meters, distributed in a kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.), dining room, living room (equipped with TV, DVD, books and extensive tourist information), four bedrooms (with crib or extra bed if necessary), three bathrooms with bathtub, shower and bidet, a small terrace with spectacular views, three garage spaces and an elevator. It can accommodate up to ten guests of all ages in comfort and is not rented by rooms. It has a large public parking lot in front. Guest access At the "Lemavos" apartment, we ensure the well-being and safety of our guests, so in terms of hygiene and disinfection, we use virucidal products and disinfection systems, approved by the Ministry of Health. The protocol is carried out prior to check-in and check-out. We take special care with sensitive elements such as dishes, cutlery, textiles and contact areas. For a totally satisfactory stay, pets and parties are not allowed and the volume must be moderate.We comply with current municipal, regional and state legislation, with all documentation, premises, insurance, and tourist housing registration (VUT-LU-000889) up to date. It even has security systems such as smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, so that rest is absolute. We have a 24-hour hotline for our guests for any information, unforeseen events or requests. Other things to note The location is perfect for walking around the city. Also, move around the Ribeira Sacra by car and enjoy the nature, history, culture, art, gastronomy, viticulture, legends, hiking, etc., that the area gives us. In July and August, you have the opportunity to rent a boat and enjoy the Cabe river, whose ticket office is located in front of the apartment.
