Owners occupy the main house and are available to you 24/7 to answer questions and personal needs. Location is supreme, close to Getty Museums (Getty and Villa), Malibu, hiking trails, LAX, Hollywood, Universal Studios, etc. Restaurants within a short walk in the neighborhood or drive a mile to downtown Santa Monica for a plethora of cuisines and indoor and outdoor dining. Beautiful canyon and ocean views in walking distance. Feel removed from city life in this special canyon/beach setting. Guest access Walk through driveway gate to the Patio Room.
