Located in Big Canoe, our 3 bedroom, 2 bath treetopper has two floors with two living room spaces perfect for families or a small group of friends. It is centrally located near a variety of amenities including the beach club, tennis/pickle ball courts, fitness center, golf course and the Black Bear Pub at the Clubhouse. We have a wrap around deck with a beautiful view of Lake Petit. There is a washer and dryer available which is helpful with kids after spending time at the beach or marina. We have a king, queen and double bed available, carpet in each of the rooms. There are 3 flat screen televisions with access to Netflix, Disney plus and all of your favorite apps. Enjoy sitting on our shaded deck and taking in the beautiful views. You will have access to both floors of the treetopper and access to the laundry room. We are in the second set of treetoppers with plenty of off street parking. We have a level wrap around driveway with off street parking spaces for 2-3 vehicles in the back of our treetopper.
