This top newly equipped 3-room apartment with wrap-around balconies impresses with its brightness from which you always have our animals in view. In the eat-in kitchen you can relax with family or friends. One double bedroom and one bedroom with a bunk bed in 90 x 200 and 140 x 200 cm are available to guests. A shower room completes the apartment. The space Slow down... that's our motto. And that's what our alpacas are for. Alpaca hikes/grazing time can be booked separately. Our house Sanssouci is located in Tanne (An der Bode 8, coordinates: 51.696746, 10.724251), city of Oberharz am Brocken, just 10 km from Braunlage. The house is located at approx. 500 meters above sea level on the slope, surrounded by forests and on the river Warm Bode and can be reached via a private path. That's why there's this fantastic view. A bridge leads quickly to the center of the village. The stream of a spring runs over the property. With its almost 500 inhabitants, the place is small and tranquil. There is the well-known Brockenbauer Thielecke and his steakhouse, farm shop, show farm, beer garden, etc. In addition, the ice witch known in the Harz, a fantastic ice cream parlor. The nearest major shopping facilities are located in Benneckenstein, 3 km away. There is a bus stop in the village. From Sorge (2 km) runs the historic Brockenbahn, the Harz Narrow Gauge Railway. A cross-country ski trail starts on the opposite side of the village and leads towards Brocken. The viewpoint of the "Kapitelsberg" is the destination for hikers in the village (stamp point 44). Since the B242 leads through the village and we are in the mountains, it can sometimes reverberate and the traffic can be heard. Other things to note The city of Oberharz charges a tourist tax of 2.50 euros per adult/per night. This includes free use of public transport and certain discounts. This is paid in cash on site.
