The Studio in Blagdon

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Directly opposite Blagdon Church, with beautiful walks to be discovered nearby and of course a stunning view of Blagdon lake. The New Inn Pub (next door) is run by Yeo Valley, offers lunch and dinner as well as breathtaking panoramic views of the lake over a drink in the gardens. The Studio is a 5 minute drive from Combe Lodge and Aldwick and a 30 minute walk away. Perfect for wedding guests. Bristol Airport is a 10 minute drive away The space This is a wonderfully light space which has a direct view of Blagdon Church to the front and a view of Blagdon Lake at the back. The main room is first floor with the ensuite shower room on the ground floor. The space has its own private entrance and ensuite and is completely self contained. There is a double bed and a single sofa bed available. Please let us know in advance if you require use of the single sofa bed so that we can have it made ready for your arrival. Guest access Guests have access to the main bedroom/living space and ensuite shower room. Other things to note At The Studio we want your experience to be as luxurious as possible as well as environmentally friendly. We aim to ensure both of these things are delivered with the following toiletries and cleaning products by: Who gives a crap - toilet paper which doesn't arrive in plastic Bramley - herbal wash products to shampoo, condition and wash your body with*. Yeo Valley organic milk and butter - We provide fresh milk on your first day arrival to get you started. If more milk is required we have a local shop a 5 minute walk from our house. SMOL- We aim to use environmentally friendly products. Our cleaning products come in the post and we add the water. We have provided a compost caddy so that you can put all of your food waste in the caddy for it to be recycled. Please do not place used tissues in the recycling bin, any used tissues need to be placed in the rubbish bin. Any larger recycling please leave in the box provided and we will take care of this. *please leave these toiletries when you leave so that they can be refilled and enjoyed by future customers.
