The space The one-bedroom apartment is in home with a private entrance facing the park-like backyard featuring a grill, fire pit for cool evenings or roasting marshmallows, and an outdoor covered dining area. Dedicated double-deep parking space for cars PLUS an RV or Boat. The apartment has one large bedroom with a Queen sized bed. There is a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen has full sized refrigerator & stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots & pans. The bathroom includes tub/shower combo, towels, hair dryer, washer & dryer, iron & ironing board. Beach towels and chairs can be found in the walk in closet. Guest access Apartment has a private entrance through shared backyard. Entire In-Law Apartment, shared backyard, fire pit, outdoor grill, bikes for use. One double-deep parking space is reserved for the apartment and additional parking for RV or Boat/Jet Skis can be easily arranged at no additional charge. Other things to note There are lots of fun things in our area, there is a concert at Sunset Beach the first Thursday of each month. Sunset Beach Park is a local favorite with kite boarders, boaters, fishermen, and a perfect place to watch the Sunset. Howard Park with a beach, picnic sites, kayak trail through mangroves, walking trails and a lot of BBQ sets. The Sponge Docks has gift shops, restaurants and boat tours out to one of the islands, you might see dolphins and manatees. Explore the River, Bayous and The Gulf of Mexico. All are a perfect setting for boating, fishing and swimming or just communing with nature. A quick 1.6 mile drive/ride to the Pinellas Trail (over 50 miles of paved cycling/walking trails covering the whole county). Free bicycles are available for use at my place.
